Storm Damage Inspections

Vaulted Ceiling Ventilation Analysis - Thermal Bridging Differences are a result of incorrect vents.

We typically inspect a roof for storm damage and conduct a short building envelope inspection before offering free “standard” replacement options.

We work closely with ventilation OEM technical experts in identifying the most economical solutions that improve thermal trapped heat conditions that meet roofing material OEM installation requirements and potentially reduce formaldehyde capable environments. Our goal is consumer education that will allow asset owners to make informed decisions.

Storm Damage or Not...

We offer professional “storm damage or not” inspection reports for a small fee, contingent upon location.

We can offer a FREE meteorologist storm damage hail and wind report, free with the purchase of a detailed inspection report. These two services complement each other when deciding to file a hail claim with your insurance carrier, along with the free replacement estimate from your contractor of choice.

Some customers have upgraded to the Vista “Class 4” Malarkey rubber modified shingle.

Both of these products are UL2218 tested and offer one of the best quality to cost replacement shingles in the Minnesota market. Malarkey started this rubber modified shingle back in the 1980’s, they now process all of their rubber + asphalt activities in house with this gen 5 product.

We are Malarkey certified installers and can offer a 50 year non prorated warranty – Emerald Pro Warranty +. We do install other OEM shingles with warranties, due to color preference or customer preference.
