Agricultural Roofing

MRC carefully sources commercial materials for agricultural roof replacements that are manufactured and warranted for the Minnesota “Northern Hemisphere” markets. We do not source commercial materials from different markets for performance and warranty failure risks.

Agricultural Inspections

Our procurement practices on high material volume related agricultural projects may qualify for program pricing, or potential long-term agreements (LTA). We work with various OEM manufacturers that understand the benefit of working together on creating program specific material procurement agreements.

Program pricing helps our customers justify investing in high performance roofing materials that don’t offer contractor monetary rebate programs.

Our typical approach to agriculture roofs and asset coverings requires inspecting and planning for the future replacement(s) through a process of circumventing replacement material options.

We are not loyal to marketing any one particular material OEM, because this can reduce the effectiveness of the circumventing process. We know from custom contracting experience that solving application problems requires an unbiased and open approach to all applicable materials.

Grants for both Solar and Roofing when Purchased as a Package – Pending Location Qualifications

Agriculture Solar Designations Might Qualify for Grants, 50% to 80% Subsidized

For more information, reference our “Commercial Solar” page. Contingent upon location and power provider, agriculture assets and fields gain the most incentives with solar through various grants.

We try to place solar on top of roofs whenever possible, however, some buildings do not offer the infrastructure for solar panels. Solar Panels can be relatively inexpensive in agriculture environments with the potential of reducing or offsetting the cost of roof replacements when applicable. Contact us for more information to see which of your assets qualify.
